Personal experience and insight have enabled Coach Williams to create safe, successful training programs for competitive asthmatic athletes.  These clients receive a multi-facted asthma education:

  • "Med" compliance
  • Breath control, breathing techniques and building lung capacity
  • How to deal with coaches, trainers, teammates and doctors
  • Management of panic or fear during an asthma attack
  • Asthma-specific warm-up & cool-down routines
  • Asthma-specific training & performance tips for "bad breathing days"
